Using BrilliantPixel™

You may use BrilliantPixel™ only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for your account, your users, your customer sites, and the accuracy of information you provide to us.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Customer Sites and Visitor Data

You control where the BrilliantPixel™ script is installed and how outputs from the service are used. You are responsible for providing any privacy notices, consent mechanisms, opt-out choices, or other disclosures required for your website and business.

You may not use BrilliantPixel™ to collect sensitive personal information, violate privacy laws, or target people in ways that are unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, or harmful.

Plans, Billing, and Exports

Features may vary by plan. Free-plan functionality may include CSV exports, while paid plans may include additional delivery, integration, and workflow options. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation details are presented during signup or in the billing area.

Integrations and Third-Party Services

BrilliantPixel™ may connect with third-party tools or data providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their terms, or changes they make to their products. Your use of those services is governed by their own agreements.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer non-public parts of the product, overload infrastructure, scrape the service, resell access without authorization, or use BrilliantPixel™ in a way that violates law or another party's rights.

Ownership

BrilliantPixel™ and its software, branding, design, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your customer data, subject to the rights needed for us to provide and improve the service.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves, including features that depend on third-party providers.

Disclaimers and Liability

BrilliantPixel™ is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination and Contact

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact or demo channels on brilliantpixel.app.
